Congratulations to Robert Killingsworth for being selected as the City of Pearl "Employee of the Month" in May. Robert has been working for the city for 7 years and is the Foreman in charge of the inmate crews; however since the Covid-19 Pandemic he has assumed the workload and makes sure that the work is completed.
Robert gets work orders on a daily basis such as cutting ditches and cleaning out debris in the ditches and inlets. He is the one to call on in emergencies when the city has heavy downpours to get barricades out and deliver and put out sandbags. He has delivered thousands of sandbags and worked long hours no matter what the weather conditions are. He is a valuable employee that is always on time and never misses a day of work.
